Warranty Policy

Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship of the product purchased from us for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product fails to function as intended due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, free of charge.


Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Falls and Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidental drops, falls, or impacts is not covered under this warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle the product with care and use appropriate protective measures.

2. Misuse and Neglect: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product, including failure to follow the user manual's guidelines, is not covered.

3. Altering the Circuit or Unauthorized Repairs: This warranty is void if the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by any unauthorized personnel or if any unauthorized modifications have been made to the circuitry.

4. Natural Disasters: Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, or other external factors beyond our control is not covered.

5. Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, including cosmetic damage, scratches, or fading over time.

6. Third-Party Accessories: Any damage caused by the use of third-party accessories or components not approved or recommended by us is not covered.

Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide the original proof of purchase from Memory Lane Electronics or an authorized retailer. The customer must also provide a detailed description of the issue and evidence that the damage falls within the coverage of this warranty.

If the warranty claim is approved, we will, at its discretion, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.



Other Terms and Conditions:
Memory Lane Electronics reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the specified criteria or if there is evidence of fraud or misrepresentation.
